Video & DVD Titles

 

The following list of these miscellaneous titles have been recorded on analogue VHS video, and are from hundred’s of years ago when Twinshock racing was in it’s infancy, I currently don’t have an accurate record of the running time of any of these titles as it would take a while to watch them all again and update my library, all the older VHS footage can be transferred to DVD but the quality may not be as good as Digital.

 

The DVD’s cost the princely sum of £8 + £2 P+P if you need it sent to your home address, which I think is a very reasonable cost when you take into account the cost of producing them in the first place.

76. Scottish Twinshock Round 4 Ardintinney Dunoon 24th June 2007 (Guess what? yes your right it p****d down at Dunoon again, but excellent falling down entertainment. Running time 1 hour 15 min (only two blocks of racing due to the meeting being cut short because of the rain).

77. Scottish Classic Scramble Club Thornhill Dumfries 1st July 2007 Scottish Twinshock lads do well at Thornhill, watch the old classics in action...and the bikes! Running time 1 Hour 28min approx.

78. Scottish Twinshock Round 5 Glen Fruin Garelochead 15th July 2007 Superb weather great track and fantastic racing what a day,  Running Time 2 hours approx

79. Scottish Classic Scramble Club Abington 22nd July 2007, more of the old classic bikes in action, some of the riders are older than the bikes, but still superb classic racing action from these old british bikes, (unfortunately the meeting was cut short due to Simon Watson,s accident ) Running Time 1 hour 40 min approx. 

80. Scottish Twinshock Round 6 Bank Farm Drumclog 5th August 2007, a superb racetrack and facilities but I,ve never seen so much rain in one day, Running Time 1hour 35min approx. 

81. The Kendal Classic Nostalgia Scramble Sedbergh Cumbria Sunday 19th August 2007, it,s not called the Kendal Classic for nothing, superb track layout, immpecabble organisation, and the best of classic racing, the best yet! Running Time 3 Hours 7 mins approx. (Available on 2 DVD,s or one single VHS Video.)

82. Scottish Twinshock Round 7 Lochside Farm Forfar (Postponed from the 2nd Sept ) now on Sunday 23rd September 2007 What a contrast from round 8 at Alloa another superb racetrack built by the Soutar family, but it was so dry and windy it looked like we were racing in the Sahara Desert.  Running Time 1 Hour 50 mins approx.

 83. Scottish Twinshock Round 8 Glenochil Alloa Sunday 16th September 2007, a great track layout but once again the weather turned the track into a bog, but still superb falling down entertainment, Running Time 1 Hour 35 mins.

84. Cumbria Twinshock Club, Twinshock International Warmingham Middlewich 8th and 9th September 2007, Another cracking weekend of International motocross, Over 3 hours of racing from the entire weekend, (on 2 DVD,s) "Superb"

85. Scottish Twinshock Round 9 Penicuik East Lothian 7th October 2007 This could possibly win the prize of our best meeting of the year, a fantastic track ,clear blue skies, and some of the best racing witnessed in this seasons championship, an absolute cracker!, Running time 1 hour 42mins.

86. Melville Motorcycle Club Scramble, Lochouses Farm East Linton, Sunday 18th November 2007 (Quad,s all 3 races),No Auto,s or 65cc footage,( 85cc, Youth 125, and Adult races, there is only 2 blocks of racing for these classes ). But it was yet another superb day,s motocross at this fantastic Lochouses Circuit, Running Time 1 Hour 40 mins approx.

 87. Gary Allan Memorial Scramble (Scottish Twinshock Club) Lochside Farm Forfar 30th December 2007. A superb days racing for both Twinshock and Monoshock classes despite the early frost. Running Time 1 Hour 30mins approx.

 

 

Year 2008 on DVD

88.  Mellville Motorcycle Club Scramble, Lochouses Farm East Linton, Sunday 20th January 2008. This meeting never ever fails to please, while all other tracks in Central Scotland were closed due to the horrendous weather, Lochouses again reigns supreme, another great days motocross racing under superb racing conditions. Running Time 2 Hours 10 mins approx.

89.  Glenrothes Youth M.C.C Round 3 winter series at Comerton Farm Leuchars Sunday 10th Feb. Another great days racing at this superb racetrack, Footage includes racing from 65,s + 85,s + Youth 125 and Adult open (Please note only video from race 1 and 2 for the 65,s, because even Photographers have to take a break) but all three races are covered from all other classes. Running Time approx 2 Hours 30 mins.

90. Scottish Twinshock Round 1 Wellington School Penicuik Sunday 23rd March 2008, Another bumper entry of riders for the first Twinshock meeting of the year. a great track, and some superb racing. Running Time 1 hour 55 mins.

91. Scottish Classic Racing Club Round 1 Finavon Forfar 13th April 2008 - A cracker of a meeting to start the classic racing season with superb weather and even better racing. Running Time 1 Hour 50 mins approx.
