TEMPORARY PERMIT TO PRACTICE, TEST OR COMPETE - PARTICIPANTS CONTRACT

Conditions

The signee of this permit shall enter and use the venue and the land adjoining thereto at his own risk and neither the organizers, the venue owners, the International Organization of Professional Drivers Ltd, or any associate company or organization, nor any official or servant of the same shall in any circumstances whatever be liable for any personal injury or death of any person or for any damage to or loss of any property of any person caused by or arising out of the use of any vehicle(s) by the said holder or on his behalf, or for any damage to such vehicle(s) or for any personal injury or loss whatsoever kind sustained by the signee of this permit, the driver of any such vehicles or by the mechanic or other person riding in or attending upon such vehicle(s), whether caused during any practice run or test or during any use of the venue under this permit or while such vehicles is/are on any road forming part of the race track or any approach thereto or on land adjacent thereto, by whatever means such injury, death, damage or loss may be caused and even though the same may be caused wholly or in part by the willful act neglect or default of any official agent or servant of the said venue owners. The signee of this permit shall not use the venue under this permit without having first satisfied himself as to the safety and suitability in all respects of the track and the signee agrees indemnify the said venue owners, the International Organization of Professional Drivers Ltd, or any associate company or organization, their officials, servants and agents and other persons entitled to the use of the track against all liability for any injury, damage or loss as specified above and caused or sustained as aforesaid by the signee of this permit and/or the driver of any such vehicles or other person(s) as aforesaid. The signee of this permit has read the rules and regulations governing this event and agrees to be bound by them. This permit will be revoked immediately upon failure of the signee to observe all or any of the conditions stated herein. The signee must satisfy himself of the preparation and condition of the course and accepts that the margins of safety, barriers and braking areas are adequate and suitable for their degree of competence and type of vehicle. The signee accepts the responsibility of monitoring all conditions that may materially change the fore mentioned and they participate of their own free will. The signee has read and understood the above conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

• Twinshock Over 300 (Includes air cooled, drum braked Mono’s)
• Over 40’s (Twinshock only)
• Over 50’s (Twinshock & Evoloution)
• Evoloution class (Mono’s up to 1990)
• Mono Shock
