I, the undersigned have read the rules and regulations issued for this season’s event(s) and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of this acceptance of this entry or of my being permitted to take part in this season’s event(s), I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Organisers, the International Organisation of professional Drivers Ltd (IOPD), the promoter, landowner, sponser(s), drivers, mechanics and such person, persons or body as may be authorised to promote or organise this season’s event(s) and their respective officials, servants, representatives and agents from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses, and demands, howsoever caused rising out of or in connection with this entry or my taking part in this season’s event(s) and notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies, their officials, servants, representatives or agents. Furthermore in respect of any parts of this season’s event(s) on grounds where third party insurance is not required by law this agreement shall in addition to the parties named above extend to all and any other competitor(s) and their servants and agent and to all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of loss or damage to the property of myself, my driver(s), or mechanic(s). I understand that should I, at any time of this season’s event(s), be suffering from any disability, whether permanent or temporary, which is likely to affect prejudicially my normal control of vehicle, I may not take part. Furthermore I declare that I possess the standard of competence necessary for the event to which this entry relates and that I accept that the vehicle I shall drive or be driven in is suitable and of a condition adequate for this event, having regard to the course and the speeds which will be attained. I UNDERSTAND THAT MOTORING EVENTS CAN BE DAMGEROUS AND NOISY. It is accepted by the signee below that they knowingly intend to participate in a challenging and risky activity using mechanically propelled vehicles, recognised as such under the Road Traffic Act (Off Road) Regulations. The signee accepts that dangerous conditions, plus dangerous, careless and inconsiderate driving plus high speeds plus the use of specially constructed vehicles may significantly increase the risk of being killed, permanently disabled or seriously injured and enter in to the prescribed venue entirely at their own risk
